These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EzTutor.my and its mobile application ("the Service"), operated by Interflow ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Tutor and Client Conduct
Tutors are independent service providers, not employees of Interflow.
Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, and availability.
Clients are responsible for making payments on time and treating tutors with respect.
Any disputes between tutors and clients are to be resolved between the parties directly. We may assist in mediation at our discretion.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed securely through BillPlz.
All fees are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Refunds are subject to the refund policy agreed upon between the tutor and client at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to charge a platform service fee based on a rate disclosed at the time of the transaction.
5. Referral Program
Referral rewards are credited subject to the terms stated on the referral program page.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all rewards.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.
Circumvent the platform to conduct transactions outside of it after initial contact through EzTutor.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Interflow. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or reliability of any tutor listed on the platform. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Interflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
